Understanding Login's with Trade Tech
Please Note: User login's are different for Trade Tech software and Trade Tech's Support Website.

Trade Tech's Support Website
To login to Trade Tech's support website, simply -
  1. Navigate to support.tradetech.net,
  2. Click "Sign In",
  3. Enter your credentials in the Login area, and click "Login".




Don't have a login? You can simply create a ticket by clicking the "Submit a ticket" or "+ New ticket" buttons anytime and create a support ticket! Carefully enter your email address as this is what will keep you up to date with our technicians' responses.


When you create a ticket for the first time, you'll receive two emails. One with a ticket # so you can reference that issue in the future, and one with login credentials that will work at support.tradetech.net where you can track your tickets in real-time, 24/7. Hint: If you get an email update on a ticket, simply click the link in that email and you'll automatically be signed in to the support site and able to see your tickets, reply to them, or close them if they no longer apply!



Forgot your password? Simply navigate to support.tradetech.net, click "Sign In", then click the "Forgot your password?" link below the Login button, follow the instructions on the screen, and you'll be alerted via email how to reset your password.
