Find Help Within Trade Tech Software!

For your convenience, we have made an easy-to-find location for Help Manuals and FAQ documents within the Trade Tech User Experience. Once logged in, simply click on the "Help" button in your menu bar. A new tab/window will open with various training documents that related to security filings and customs errors and responses.

Simply download and open the document that relates to your question. For ISF/AMS linked messages for example, find the explanations of linked messages in the document entitled "ISF Help Manual".
