Please be advised that TAXUD (European Union Customs) and their partner systems/countries will be performing periodic system maintenance on the ICS2 platform from Thursday, October 29th through Sunday, November 1st.
During this maintenance window, ENS security filings may experience delayed responses and could remain in a pending status for an extended period of time. TAXUD will process pending filings as their systems become available, and some additional delay should be expected as any backlog is cleared following the maintenance.
To help minimize impact to your operations, we recommend submitting ENS filings as early as possible during this period and allowing extra time before vessel loading or arrival.
Trade Tech Technicians will be actively monitoring ENS filings throughout the maintenance window and will provide updates as needed.
