MPCI filings to NAIC were delayed for several hours because of an issue with an upstream connection outside of the Trade Tech platform.
Planned maintenance did not fully restore all partner links afterwards and a number of MPCI providers were impacted. The connection has since been restored.
All queued filings were delivered once the connection came back, and responses have been coming through normally since. You do not need to do anything, and nothing should be refiled.
If you have a filing from this period that still shows no response, send the details to Support and we will check it.
